Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Schedule: Clinic hours are M-Th 8a-5p Fri 8a-12p This varies depending on the procedure days.

They are NOT on call 24 hours + clinic 8 hours. The call is based on the call schedule that is made out by our General Surgery provider.

· EMR: Athena/ Medhost
· Bed in department: 3
· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Lower GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active TX License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• Rotating call coverage
• At least 1 week/month
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
