Start Date: June 2025
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: 5x8, Days

Practice Setting: Outpatient.
Avg. Daily Census: 15-18 patients per day.
Patient Age Group: 18+ (Young Adults-Geriatrics).
Procedures: None.
Years of Experience Req’d: 2+ years.
Background: CLEAN, cannot have any hits or malpractice suits.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30+ Days
Active CA License
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
