Schedule: Looking for one Hem Onc provider to work in our outpatient clinic in Kennewick WA full time for July through
December. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No call. We could also take one provider who is able to work three weeks per month, but full time is ideal. Do not send presentations for providers who aren't available for less than three weeks per month

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
