We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Milford, DE. The SLP will work with geriatric patients to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative clinical environment.

✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
✔️ Active Delaware State SLP license
✔️ Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
✔️ ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
✔️ Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred
✔️ Proficiency in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
✔️ Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
✔️ Provide therapy services to address speech, language, and swallowing issues
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (nurses, PT/OT, physicians)
✔️ Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff as per state guidelines
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (HIPAA, Medicare standards)
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and swallowing safety
