NP Hospitalist with SNF experience Needed in CT

Location: Torrington, CT

Start Date: 07/07/2025
End Date: 11/06/2025

Schedule: ideal schedule is 4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 6hrs per day, 8 am – 2 pm or 9 am – 3 pm

Work Details:
· Support staff: nurses and nursing assistants
· Patients per shift: 15 – 18 patients per day
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Ethizo
· Skills required: SNF or hospitalist experience

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CT License Only
· Local providers only
· Minimum experience required: Min of 3 years SNF or hospitalist experience
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
