✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of accredited RT program
✔️ NY RT License + RRT or CRT credential
✔️ 2+ years acute care post-licensure
✔️ Pediatric & hospital experience preferred
✔️ BLS required (ACLS/PALS a plus)

✔️ Perform advanced respiratory therapy
✔️ Manage vents, BiPAP, oxygenation
✔️ Handle rapid responses & codes
✔️ Deliver pediatric respiratory support
✔️ Maintain EMRs + equipment troubleshooting
