✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ CAISS or CSTR certification (preferred)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of trauma registry experience
✔️ Pediatric trauma experience is a plus
✔️ Image Trend Trauma Registry proficiency required
✔️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Abstract & code trauma cases per NTDS standards
✔️ Maintain data integrity in trauma registry
✔️ Produce reports for performance improvement
✔️ Support compliance with state/federal guidelines
✔️ Partner with trauma leaders on data initiatives
