Job description

BPN staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel RN Case Manager with a strong background in acute care and charge responsibilities. This is a weekend-only role ideal for seasoned nurses who excel in care coordination and utilization review. Orientation is Tuesday to Friday (day shift), after which the RN transitions to weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care coordination for adult patients
- Engage in discharge planning and needs assessment (including DME orders)
- Manage plans of care and facilitate prior authorizations
- Apply evidence-based guidelines to determine medical necessity
- Navigate regulatory frameworks including CMS, HIPAA, and NCQA
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
