✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor's in Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔️ Licensure: Active Ohio RN license required
✔️ Experience:
3+ years in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or quality leadership
Familiarity with CARF, ACHC, CMS, and ODH survey standards
Experience with healthcare identity platforms (e.g., Imprivata)
✔️ Skills:
Regulatory research and audit process expertise
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking abilities
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee system-wide regulatory and accreditation compliance (CARF, ACHC, CMS, ODH)
✔️ Direct survey preparedness, gap analyses, and corrective actions
✔️ Manage the Accreditation Planning Team and deliver compliance training
✔️ Maintain readiness for all inpatient/outpatient surveys and inspections
✔️ Lead implementation and integration of Imprivata platform for identity/data security
✔️ Support HIPAA compliance and improve clinician workflow efficiency
✔️ Serve as liaison with regulatory bodies, legal teams, and leadership
✔️ Conduct audits, submit documentation, and lead internal committees
✔️ Foster a culture of excellence and continuous regulatory improvement
