Job description
We're working with a post-acute care group based in a beautiful Colorado town just outside of Denver. They are seeking a locum-to-perm physician to round on patients in assisted living, skilled nursing, and home care settings.

About the facility
This outpatient-based primary care practice focuses on geriatric and post-acute patients. Physicians operate independently, managing their own schedule as long as all assigned patients are seen. A supportive admin and nursing team assist with non-clinical burdens.
• Flexible start and end times
• See 12–15 patients/day (occasionally up to 18)
• EMR: TBD
• 5-day workweek with a lot of autonomy

About the clinician's workday
You’ll round solo across several post-acute settings. No call, no weekends, no inpatient work. Just meaningful care to seniors on your schedule.

Requirements
• Must be Board Certified
• CO license or IMLC accepted
