Permanent Hospitalist needed in Texas

Location: TX
Need: 4-5 permanent Hospitalists
Schedule: 7 on/off
LOA: Will need to sign 1 yr commitment upfront
Salary: Will disclose
EMR: Epic
Other info: Open to 1099 or W2. Physicians will join pods within the hospitals and will have full control to make the hospital/pod their own. They had their official launch on May 5th. Really need to avoid anyone who can only work 7-10 shifts per month. A lot of support, around 18-22 cases per day
Interview process: 1 call with the director and then either offer right away or onsite if requested
