Job Description:
Looking for a Hospitalist to provide coverage 7 on/7 off starting the first week of November 2025!

• Shifts are 7a-7p then night call 7p-7a (shouldn't ever have to come back on site, just be available to accept admissions)
• EMR-CPSI
• Daily census- 9-10
• Nightly admissions average- 1
• APP shifts- N/A
• Number of ICU beds- Avg 1-2 ICU patients at most on Hospitalist service
• Specialty Coverages- General Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Pulmonology
• Procedures Required- None
• Procedures Preferred- Intubations and Central line placement
• EMR-MediTech

Presentation Requirements:
• Current Up-to-Date CV (including Locums history)
• Provider's Contact Info
• Availability
• NPI and/or License Number
• Malpractice and/or Background Documentation
• References if Available
Scope of Services if Applicable

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR OR PROVIDER WILL BE REDIRECTED
• Name clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidate's full presentation.
• Please note providers availability at time of name clear
• Must be available 7 on/7 off, Required, no exceptions
• Board Certified-REQUIRED
• VA License - REQUIRED, not accepting IMLC
• Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS - Current at time of submission - Required
Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED

• 7 on 7 off- starting November
• Nighttime call- 1 patient avg
• VA license only
