Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Job description
A children’s clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care for children and families with a wide range of developmental, behavioral and emotional concerns. The NP will conduct evaluations, collaborate with clinicians across disciplines and support families through individualized treatment planning and ongoing care coordination.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, diagnostic excellence and empowering families with clear pathways to care.
Must be licensed in at least one of the following states
Oregon, North Dakota, Washington
Candidates with multiple state licenses may be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts health history & assessments, comprehensive physical exams and developmental screenings for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers and other team members to integrate assessment findings into cohesive treatment plans.
- Provide diagnostic impressions, medical oversight and treatment recommendations tailored to each child’s needs.
- Develop care plans that may include therapy referrals, behavioral health services, educational supports and community resources.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, including preventative care and immunizations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and contribute medical expertise to care planning discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner program with a MSN- Family Medicine, Pediatric Primary Care, Psychiatry
- National Board Certification
- Current, unrestricted state NP license and prescriptive authority.
- Clinical experience in pediatric or family medicine, behavioral health, developmental medicine or related settings.
- Excellent communication skills with children, families and multidisciplinary colleagues.
