Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
Types of Cases: Adult Only patients only. Typical cases seen by the provider would be Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Routine Adult and/or Geriatric exams.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days
Licensure: Active California license is required.
