Assignment Details:
Dates: October 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15
Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Patient Volume: 10–12 per day
Setting: Outpatient Family Clinic
Scope: Standard Primary Care
Requirements: Active California State License
Credentialing: Streamlined – just 1 week
