• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00am – 3:00pm); OT maybe Required
• Serve as primary care provider for incarcerated men (18+)
• Handle acute and chronic care needs
• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans
• Order and review diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications or recommend therapies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff
• NY State Education Department certification in NP specialty
• Active NY License
