Job Description:
Multi-Specialty Clinic in Queens Seeking a Nurse Practitioner
• NP only
• Adults only
• 3 days a week
• Mon-Fri
• Flexible on what days a week the provider can work
• Flexible on hours (8a-5p, 9a-6p, 10a-7p, etc.)
• ASAP-Ongoing
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• Basic primary care: mostly well visits, would be a plus if they had any GYN experience, but not a requirement
• EMR: Practice Fusion
• Okay w/ 1-2 years experience
• Must have active state license, DEA, ACLS, BLS

• GYN experience a plus
• Basic primary care- 15-20 patients per day
• Seeking an NP who can cover 3 days a week; adults only
