Internal/Family Medicine Physician Needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8's
Work details:
· Patients per day: 20-30 (as a collective service)
· Patient Population/Age: all ages
· Department Description: Closed ICU
· EMR: Cerner

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
