Internal/Family Medicine Physician Needed in Arizona:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing; Long term
Schedule: 5x8/hour shifts weekly. M-F
Work details:
Patients per day: 20 PPD ~
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: Elation

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
