Join our client's team as a PACE Medical Director providing compassionate, high-quality care to senior participants in a dynamic Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. In this leadership role, you'll oversee clinical operations, provide direct patient care, and foster collaboration among interdisciplinary healthcare providers. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and manage medical conditions for program participants while supervising clinical staff and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position requires physical presence at the clinic, in the community, or in participants' homes as needed, with a standard Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.
