Job description

Start Date: November/December 2025 (dependent on privileging timeframe)

Details
Schedule: 5x8s starting at 8:00 AM (some flexibility for 12s depending on site). No option for 4x10s.
Coverage: Ideally 4 weeks/month, but open to partial coverage (2+ weeks/month).
Patient Volume: ~18 patients per day.
Setting: Outpatient primary care.
Home Base: 1–2 assigned clinic locations for reasonable commute.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Training: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified (Board Eligible considered with explanation)
License: Active California license (no licensing support).
Coverage needed for holiday schedules and 2026 ongoing gaps (vacations, leaves, illness).
