📍 Position Details
⚪ Location: Oakland, CA
⚪ Start Date: November 2025
⚪ Setting: Outpatient Clinics (FQHC)
⚪ Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (part-time available; paid hourly)
⚪ Schedule: Standard clinic hours, assigned to 1 primary site
⚪ Patient Population: All ages, ~10–15 patients/day
⚪ EMR: Epic
⚪ Procedures: General outpatient primary care
⚪ Support Staff: Fellow MDs, NPs, LVNs, RNs, Patient Service Reps, LCSWs, LMFTs
⚪ Interview Process: Initial screen with physician recruiter → virtual or on-site interview → reference checks
⚪ Relocation: Candidates must be based in the Bay Area (relocation package not guaranteed)

✅ General Requirements
⚪ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (with valid rationale if BE)
⚪ Mission-driven provider passionate about serving diverse communities
⚪ Fluency in an Asian language (Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.) highly preferred; openness to using interpretation services also considered
⚪ Clean malpractice/background preferred (case-by-case review for minor history)
💵 Compensation & Benefits
⚪ Salary Range: $251,000 – $290,000 (based on experience)
⚪ Part-time: Hourly rate
⚪ Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
⚪ Loan Repayment: Available
⚪ Visa Support: H1B sponsorship possible for candidates fluent in Asian languages (Cantonese, Vietnamese, Mandarin)
