Outpatient Family Practice Physician Needed in CO:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 5x8/hour shifts. Monday-Friday
Work details:
- Patients per day: ~ 20 PPD
- Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
- EMR: Elation

CO License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
