📋 Contract Details
⏱️ Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
🗂️ Credentialing Timeline: ~30 days
📅 Contract Length: 3–6 months with potential for permanent placement
📍 Location: Denver, CO & Colorado Springs, CO
🏥 Practice Setting: Post-acute care (Assisted Living, SNF, Home Care, Palliative)
🕗 Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
👥 Patient Population: Geriatrics
📊 Avg. Daily Census: 12–15 patients per day (may occasionally go up to 18 in SNF settings)
🎓 Board Certification/Specialty: Required (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics)
🪪 State License: CO license or IMLC required
✈️ Travel + Lodging: Local preferred; travel reimbursement considered for the right candidate
🛡️ Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by Aya Locums
