Dates- Full time ongoing as soon as credentialed
Census- 15-20 patients per day
EMR- Paper charting
COVID Vaccine- Required? Or Declination? Not required
Shift Information for Sales Ops:- Please book out Monday-Friday for 3 months beginning January 2026 8a-5p totaling 8 hours per day
