We have a Manage Care Group providing high quality health care in Beautiful Jacksonville FL. They're looking for a Primary Care Physician to see Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients.

Managed Care Primary Care Office, Adult Only
Base $240-300k/yr plus sign on bonus
Mainly Geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage
12-17 Patients per day
Quality, well trained staff
Specialist available when you need them
8-5 Monday-Friday
Minimum phone call
Acheivable Bonuses
CME Allowance with additional PTO days
Can be Internal/Family Medicine
