• FT ER coverage
• Can be BC or BE in FM/IM/EM/ABPS. If BE must be within 5 years of residency
• Meditech EMR
• 12 ED Beds critical access hospital...level 4
• Open ICU-do not have to respond to codes
• Annual visits 14,500...up to 40 per day...25% admission rate
• 12 hour shifts - 7a-7p
• 30-60 day credentialing
