Dates of Coverage: September 2025 to March 31, 2026
Schedule Coverage: Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm
Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave
Duties - MEDICINE: Adult Outpatient
Required Procedures: EKG Interpretation
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Facility reimburses for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

REQUIREMENTS

-Internal Med or Family Med Board Certified: REQUIRED
-MA license (Will accept provider willing to obtain if can start 12/01/2025 - 3months lead time for MA BORIM): REQUIRED
