Job Description:
Starting middle to end of August 2025
• 3 month assignment with option to extend
• Adults only
• Primary care coverage to Psych Patients
• Chronic Care management with some acute visits
• Must be Monday-Friday 5 days/week
• 8a-5p
• Does not need to be board certified
• MI license, MI CSR and DEA
• EMR is Avatar
• No call/no weekends
• 15-20 PPD
• Credentialing takes about 1-2 week

• Internal medicine MD DO
• 3 month assignment with option to extend
• Avatar EMR
