Requirements
✓ Active New York State medical license
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Urgent Care
✓ Certified to perform Immigration Physicals in NY
✓ Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred (open to new graduates)
✓ Strong patient communication and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities
✓ Evaluate and diagnose acute illnesses and chronic conditions
✓ Prescribe medications, therapies, and provide specialized care
✓ Explain treatments, procedures, and test results clearly to patients
✓ Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
✓ Provide immunizations and wellness counseling
✓ Maintain detailed, accurate patient records
✓ Refer patients to specialists when necessary
✓ Support patients receiving long-term care
✓ Prepare official health documents and conduct clinical research as needed
