MD/DO needed in Pennsylvania

Job description

• MD/DO only
• Must be BC
• Open to FT or PT
• Must have active state license, DEA, BLS, CPR
• Typical day: Hospitalist covers all patients at Northwest - admissions, codes, ICU, consults for Rehab, Behavioral Health, surgical, ortho
• Open ICU - will not accept someone unwilling to work in ICU/ Will admit patients from the ED
• Provider will not be required to do lines and intubations. Site has IR Monday thru Friday for lines and inhouse anesthesia or the ED physician for intubations
• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• Morning rounding, admissions throughout the day
o AM Rounding
• APP mid-level coverage available
• AVG Census: 70 Inpatient
• AVG Admissions 5-7 per night
• AVG Admissions per day: 7 - 10
• AVG Consults: 1-3
• EMR: Cerner
• T&L Available
