📋 Contract Details
🟢 Start Date: December 2025
🟢 Contract Length: 3–6 months; open to locums-to-permanent employment
🟢 Shift/Schedule Details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🟢 Patients per Day: ~20 PPD
🟢 Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
🟢 Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
🟢 State License: Active TX license (or IMLCC if eligible)
🟢 Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
🟢 Travel + lodging assistance available
🟢 Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by Aya Locums
