• Skilled nursing facilities
• Schedule: Mon–Fri per diem
o Minimum of 16 PPD; once reached, provider may leave (typically takes 6 hours)
• 6-month assignment with potential to extend
• 18+
• EMR: PCC and Arrista (new system)
• Credentialing: Approximately 2 weeks
