• Hospitalist Physician - Days and Nights
• Will take FP hospitalists if boarded in FP and have experience
• WI Licensed or IMLC
• Admissions - Yes
• Coverage Time: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Admissions Required: YES
• EMR SYSTEM: EPIC
• Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: No
• Patients Per Shift: 13-17
• Bed In Department: 54
• Rounding: Both
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 (assuming temps)
• Support Staff: RN: 4 PA/NPs: 1
• Procedures: ICU - Acute Care
• Non-invasive ventilation management (Preferred)
• Chestubes (preferred)
• Central lines (preferred)
• Specialty support services: Anesthesia, Surgery, Lab, OR response time, Radiology

This assignment is in a rural 54-bed hospital with an average daily census of 13-16 patients on average. We have a 6 bed ICU with E- ICU oversight. Typical Day staffing is paired with an APC. We are located 30 minutes north of Madison WI and 20 minutes south of Wisconsin Dells. The hospital has an ED, General Surgeon on call, Orthopedics, and Gyn. We have full spectrum radiological and lab services. We also have the UW med flight on site.
