Job description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (1-hour lunch)
Volume: 16-20 patients/day
Patient Population: 2 other physicians in group
Patient Population: Primarily 60+ 
EMR: Cerner
No Call 

Requirements: 
Board Certified in General Cardiology
AZ License (IMLC accepted) 
ACLS & BLS
Minimum 2 years of experience 
Credentialing: 30 days
Case logs required if not worked in last 3 months
