OB Hospitalist needed in Oakland, CA! $210/hour+ Travel and Lodging!

Job description

Position Details:
Schedule: 13-hour night shifts (7 PM - 8 AM)
Call Requirements: None
Shifts Per Month: 10-15
Patient Volume: 5-8 active labor patients per night, plus 1-2 ED consults
EMR: Epic

Additional details:

Bread-and-butter OB hospitalist role
Experience with operative deliveries (including forceps) preferred
Collaboration with midwives (experience preferred)
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus 🌿
Facility performs abortions; locums will not perform them but may manage related complications

Requirements:

Board Certification: ABOG BC preferred; will consider board-eligible candidates
License: Active CA license required
DEA: CA DEA required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an OB Hospitalist
Credentialing: ⏳ 90 days

• No on call
