ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2872435
• Location: Irvine, CA
• Target Start: May 26th
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage Type: Ongoing
• Schedule: 1-3 days per week -- Monday-Wednesday (8a-5p)
• Support staff: 2 APPs and 2 RNs
• Department description: Outpatient, no delivers
o Confirmation of Pregnancy >7weeks w/ bedside U/S to confirm
o Initial OB visit
o Routine OB Visit
o Postpartum
o Incision Checks
o WWE all ages
o I&D for cyst,
o Problem visits- UTI, STI, Menopause, HRT, breast pain
• Procedures: IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal, Leep, colpo, or emb, cryo, cervical polyps
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active CA License, DEA, BLS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• 1-3 Days Per Week
• Ongoing Assignment
• Located in Southern California
