OBGYN needed in Colorado - willing to license if have the IMLC

Position Details:

Start Date: June or July – Ongoing

Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology

Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Hospital Size: 49 beds | Trauma Level III

Clinic Volume: 15–20 patients/day

Procedures: Full-scope OB & GYN including deliveries, consults, and surgeries

EMR: Meditech

Call Schedule: 1:3; CNMs take first call for OB

Credentialing: 30–60 days | Must have 50 deliveries and 25 surgical GYN cases in past 24 months

Licensing: Open to IMLC candidates

Travel/Lodging: Lodging provided; travel reimbursed (pre-approval required for expenses over $800)

• Flexible Scheduling – Ongoing coverage needed starting June/July with multiple weeks and weekends available throughout the year.
• Supportive Call Model – 1:3 call ratio with Certified Nurse Midwives taking first OB call 24 days/month; physicians focus on GYN call and ER/MedSurg consults.
• Balanced Case Mix – 40% OB / 60% GYN with both inpatient and outpatient procedures; average 6–8 deliveries/month with 400 deliveries annually hospital-wide.
