ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS: JO # 2868434
• Location: Southern Colorado
• Target Start: June or July
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: Flexible schedule, multiple weeks/weekends available each month
• Call schedule: 1:3 ratio; Certified Nurse Midwives take first call for OB 24 days per month; physicians take GYN call and consults from ER/MedSurg
• Patient Volume: 15-20 patients daily average in clinic; physician likely to average of 6-8 deliveries/month; Labor and delivery averages 400 total deliveries annually.
• Required Procedures: Outpatient and inpatient; 40% OB, 60% GYN - Full depth of obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• EMR: Meditech
• Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
• Facility Details: Hospital Bed size 49, Trauma Level 3
• Required: Board Certified, Active CO license or IMLC **Will License, DEA, BLS/ACLS, 50 deliveries/25 surgical GYN cases logs within the past 24 months
