M-F clinic 8-5
$235 Hr and lock in for the summer!!
REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified in OBGYN. Active IL license and DEA.

SCHEDULE: As soon as credentialed and payer enrollment completed, beginning in ASAP. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. No call, day shift clinic.
LICENSING RESTRICTION: Already active IL license. Active IL DEA.
