• Support staff: 3 RNs, 4 Mas, 1 PA/NP, 5 Office Staff
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day:
• Patient population/age: 5-10
• Department description: Stroke Certified, Average 1500 deliveries per year, Assigned Patients
• EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• State license required: MA or IMLC
• Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Willing To License?: No
