Obstetrics and Gynecology Locum: Socorro, New Mexico (NM)

Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology/Physician to work locum shifts in Socorro, New Mexico (NM). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.


The Obstetrics & Gynecology Role:
The anticipated caseload includes 8 to 10 deliveries per month.
The average number of patients seen in the clinic is less than 15 per day.
The Cesarean section rate is approximately 21%.
Most cases there will be low risk, with occasional high-risk situations.
EMR utilized is EPIC

Required:
NM state license; active, unrestricted.
Board certified – Obstetrics & Gynecology
DEA, BLS, ACLS, NRP.
Mandatory offsite drug screening required.

Schedule:
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Available shifts include:
June 9– June 10 (8a-8a)
June 16– June 17 (8a-8a)
June 19– June 24 (8a-8a)
July 2– July 7 (8a-8a)
July 10– July 12 (8a-8a)
July 23– July 28 (8a-8a)
Ongoing in August; specific dates to be determined
