START DATE: 05/01/2025
CONTRACT LENGTH: 13 Weeks, with ongoing need
COVERAGE TYPE: 24-Hour On Call
# OF SHIFTS & HOURS: 2 x 24
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
1. Coverage needed per month: call only (back-up call to CNMs)
2. Frequency of any Call needed: at least 1 weekend call Friday- Monday per month and 1-2 x 24-hour call shifts/week
3. Schedule Details: 1-2 weekends/month and variable other call mostly wed-thus (8a Friday -8a Monday) there is wiggle room on Friday if they need to start at 5pm
4. They will not do call 5 straight days

Support staff: not clinic based
Patient Volume: low
Patient Age Group: 16-65
EMR/Documentation System: Epic
Special Procedures/Unit Details: L&D, PP and ER coverage, back-up to CNM
Minimum Experience Req’d: 3+ years
Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days
Travel accomodations: hotel, rental car
