ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2846250
• Location: About an Hour North of Columbus, Ohio
• Start date: July
• Length of Commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 24-hour call
• Schedule: 1-2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month of 24-hour call
• Patients per day: ~ 1 delivery per day, variable number of phone calls at night and weekends.
• Patient population/age: Women 18-65+
• Department description: Covering urgent clinic calls for 3 physicians, 2 midwifes, and 1 NP, gyn emergencies, and L&D call. Facility is a Level 2, do have an inhouse laborist model for back-up for any concurrent deliveries
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 326
• Special procedures: Emergency gynecologic surgery, c-sections, vaginal deliveries
• Required: Board Certified, Active OH license, DEA, BLS, 5 years experience required
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
