Coverage Details:
1. Coverage needed per month: FT OBGYN provider office and call coverage or locum 24-hour weekend hospital call coverage
2. Frequency of any Call needed: 24hr call per weekend for locum coverage/ FT position call varies
3. Schedule Details: weekend 24hr Call Friday-Monday / FT office/call coverage varies
4. - Current Available Weekends (as of May 1, 2025): July 11, August 29, September 26, October 24
Work Details:
1. Support staff: Midwife/ nursing staff
2. Department Description: OBGYN clinic and hospital coverage
3. Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day for clinic coverage/25-30 deliveries per month
4. Patient Age Group: varies
5. EMR/Documentation System: Allscripts
6. EMR/Documentation system experience – required or preferred?: preferred
7. Special Procedures/Unit Details: OB/GYN procedures
8. Special Equipment Used: --
Requirements:
1. Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC or BE required OBGYN
2. State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: OH
3. Certifications Req’d?: ACLS, NRP
4. Specific Skills Req’d?: --

6. DEA Req’d?: Yes
