About the clinician's workday
This position involves both clinic and 1:4 call coverage at a small facility, where the provider will largely operate independently. High-risk deliveries are not handled, and patients are referred out at 36 weeks. Call volume can vary, with the provider potentially being called in anywhere from 2 to 7 times over a weekend, depending on patient needs.

- Case load/PPD: Small facility but will be kind of a one person show. Can be called in 2 twice all weekend or 6-7 times depending on volum
- Support staff: • CRNA atkes are of mom and baby • Family MDs take care of baby • OB takes are of mom
- Patient population: All Ages
- Call ratio/schedule: 1:4
