ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2890576
• Location: Northern Coast of Oregon
• Start date: August
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• full time, minimum 1-2 weeks of consistent coverage/mo
• Shift Details: (8a–5p) or (9a–5p)
• Schedule: 4 day work week, mix of clinic and call.
• Call: (7:30a–7:30a), up to 10 shifts/month
• Support staff: CRNAs for anesthesia, 24/7 PEDS call coverage, backup OB/GYN available, CNM, MA in clinic.
• Patients per day: 8–15 clinic. 1-2 major surgeries, 3 minor on OR days.
• Patient population/age: all ages, large older population.
• Department description: Full-scope OBGYN; inpatient and outpatient care
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Special procedures: Must have practiced clinically within the last 12 months, full scope OB-GYN
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency, Active OR license or IMLC **Will License, DEA, open to Residents
