Job description

Contract Length: End date Dec 1
Shift Details: on call for 24-hours, working at the clinic 8-5, unassigned patients. (Night call portion after 5pm, would be beeper, for their own patients only)
Work Details:
· Support staff: MA - 4; PA/NPs - 1; Office, Staff - 3
· Patients per day: 5-20
· EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting:
• Clinic - Innovative Women's OBGYN

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: TX license required; NO IMLC, NO EXCEPTIONS
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
