Job description

• Start Date: March 17th
• Schedule: M-F 8-5, no OT
• BC or BE
• 3 month assignment potential to extend
• Patients per Day 20-24
• Support staff: MA and a float, LSW and ASW, RN on site.
• EMR is Epic and do have training on EMR.
• Travel and Lodging providers as well as rental car and mileage reimbursement.
