Location: Suburb of Atlanta, Georgia! a 30 minute commute to the downtown area of Atlanta and only a 25 minute commute to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Facility: Medical center providing a range of healthcare services Coverage for 18 bed MBU nursery and our growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICU Opportunity: Seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician with NICU/ NRP experience Full time position includes a scheduled rotation of 7 days on/7 days off with considerable flexibility in scheduling (providing a total of 15 - 24H covered shifts per month) and rotating holidays Schedule includes rounding on both units during the day and call from home at night Skilled NICU nursing staff attends all deliveries, 1 called to attend only complex/very premature deliveries Ideal candidate will have experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants as well as neonatal procedures No circumcisions 1K annual births at this facility Great work-life balance, multiple educational opportunities, small family-like unit with exceptional support Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program Compensation: A competitive compensation package with many locations offering sign on bonuses, relocation and tuition reimbursement (to be discussed at interview).
